A mother and daughter team, Alice and Rose, we are pleased to meet you but sorry if you are suffering from the effects of acne.

Rose had her teenage years blighted by the most ghastly acne which badly affected her confidence and self-esteem not to mention her social life.

It became a personal crusade for Alice to help Rose get well. Dermatologists and doctors helped to a degree, anti-biotics were certainly necessary at times when the infections became too deeply set in for surface treatments to help but nothing they offered cleared the condition once and for all.

If you are an acne sufferer, I expect that you like us, have tried many things. The big challenge is that because acne is such an individual condition it is difficult to offer a definitive solution. Each person reacts to things differently.

We found out what would help Rose by trial and error. Acne is a fact of her life and she now knows what foods and other substances are likely to trigger an outbreak and we manage her condition accordingly.
